Alliance Offers Awards for ideas

This year National Religious Music Week is being celebrated September 23-29 and our Board of Trustees is seeking new, creative ways to observe the event.  The top three ideas submitted will be chosen by a  national  panel of judges.  Each of the three winners will receive a gift certificate in the name of his or her church, and each award will be issued to a Christian bookstore of the winner’s choice.

 1^st Place will receive a $500 gift certificate.

2^nd Place will receive a $250 gift certificate.

3^rd place will receive a $125 gift certificate

 Email your idea in paragraph form to musicweek@aol.com or write NRMWA at 11 Wheelright Crescent, Hamilton, OH  45013.  Just include your name, address, phone number and name of your church.

Judging criteria will include:

• How well does this idea promote recognition of National Religious Music Week? 

• How practical is the idea?  Would churches be able to duplicate the idea in their church? 

• How well developed is the idea?  Is there adequate detail to put the idea into action?                           

• Does the idea encourage participation from the church congregation? 

• How original and creative is the idea? Has it been done before or is it entirely original in thought and design?

The contest closes August 1.
